This family recipe of "Grandma Höppner" comes from the old restaurant Wilder Mann in Annaberg. She learned to cook well here in 1899 to be prepared for marriage how it was usual for young girls in those days. The filling of the beef olive is unique: there have also been given rubbed roll and fresh eggs to gherkin, bacon and onion. |
