The hotel prices listed are per person per day. They include overnight stay in the respective type of suite or double room, our generous breakfast buffet, as well as the use of our bath and sauna paradise with heated swimming pool, outside whirlpool, adventure showers, Finnish sauna and Turkish steam bath. Guests may also use our new fitness room with modern training equipment without extra charge.
Our suites and double rooms have satellite TV, radio and CD-player, telephone with direct access, fax and modem connections, safe and minibar. Bathrobe, slippers, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror and electronic scale are of course part of the convenience of the bathroom.
Hotel and restaurant bills may be paid via EC-card, by all common credit cards or in cash.
The listed prices are for the periods mentioned above. Once a new price list has been published, the prices listed here are no longer valid.
All prices are given in EUR. The added value tax is included.

Some further detailss
Children 6 years or younger stay in the room of their parents without charge and are guests of the house for breakfast. For children age 7 to 14, we charge half price all year round when staying in a suite or the deLuxe double room of the adults.
For an extra person using a comfortable additional bed, we charge EUR 45,00/BB during all seasons in suites or deLuxe double rooms.
The health resort tax of the city of Oberwiesenthal will be charged separately, it is between EUR 1,40 and EUR 1,80 per person/day all year round.
It is possible to bring small dogs with their own basket or blanket. We charge a daily fee of EUR 11,00, which does not include food.
The use of special parking during the winter season costs EUR 12,00 per day. During other seasons, we charge EUR 6,00 per day. Parking at the Hotel parking lot is free of charge.

On the day of your arrival, your suite or room is ready and available to you from 15.00 hours. On the day of your departure, your room is available to you until 12.00 hours.
We are always endeavouring to reserve the suite or room of your choice. However, we cannot always guarantee it in every case.
In cases of short-term cancellations or if you have to reduce your confirmed reservation we try hard to sell the rooms otherwise. If these attemps will not be successful, you find in our general terms of business the conditions for cancellation and charges you possibly have to pay.
