The Sächsischer Hof is situated in Scheibenberg, a small lovely town at the Silver street - Saxony's first vacation street. After Scheibenberg received the city rights in 1522, the stately building at the market place was used as the city hall for 3 centuries.
Operated as a family hotel since 1824, the Sächsischer Hof soon became well-known as a first-class address for all kinds of occasions.
After extensive reconstruction in 1993 and 1999 the house is now one of the most charming hotels in the region of Annaberg-Buchholz.
With two other historical hotels, the Relaxhotel Sachsenbaude in Oberwiesenthal and the Hotel Wilder Mann in Annaberg, the hotel Sächsischer Hof is owned by the Gross Hotellerie GmbH & Co KG.
The house is managed by Dirk Neukirchner and Janett Pflug. They continue the tradition of the house adding their own style in kitchen and ambience.
In the Sächsischer Hof you will find in a warm atmosphere 23 stylish furnished rooms and a comfortable suite with a perfect view over the town of Scheibenberg. Your children will be fascinated by the "Zwergengang" (midget walk),, where they can play quiet and safe.
The owners will serve you a creative cuisine in the Restaurant "Salute" with regional and international dishes. In the Pub "Sudhaus" you can taste local beers as well as fine whiskeys and cocktails.
